"Helped speed things up"
I was feeling mentally drained trying to deal with our site performance, so I was relieved that Getsauce actually helped our pages load faster, which was the main thing we needed. The setup took me a little while to figure out, and I had to poke around a bit, but once it was up and running, it did what we hoped. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Pretty good and privacy feels taken seriously"
For a while now I’ve been using Sauce Savvy, and the thing I like most is how serious about privacy and compliance they seem. Nothing to me felt shady, and the settings were clear enough without needing to dig forever. I also didn’t get the feeling my data was being passed around all over the place. Support answered my question quick too, which was nice. Overall, it’s been a good experience.

I wanted to like it more, but it just feels like there are still too many useful features missing. Like, I started using it thinking it would cover the basics and then, wait, why isn’t that option there yet? It’s not bad, just not quite there for me right now.

"Super easy to order on my phone"
I ordered from getsauce.com on my phone and it was smooth. The pages loaded fast, and checkout didn’t give me any issues. You don’t have to dig around or deal with anything confusing, which I really liked. Simple site and I’d definitely use it again

"Helpful, but some parts really need a refresh"
I’ll give credit where it’s due, the training resources on getsauce are actually useful and easy enough to follow. The examples helped a lot and made some of the confusing parts click. That said, a few sections definitely feel outdated, which was kind of frustrating because I had to pause and figure out whether the info still applied. Overall, it was a good experience, but it would be so much better if they cleaned up the older bits.

"Pretty easy to set up, surprisingly"
I’ll admit, I expected the setup to be more of a hassle, but it was actually straightforward. I got most of it working on my own without having to reach out for help, which was nice. A couple things took me a minute to find in the dashboard, so it’s not perfect, but it wasn’t frustrating either. Once everything was connected, it worked like it was supposed to. Giving it 4 stars because overall it was easy, even if a few parts could be clearer.

"Support was actually helpful"
I had a question and support got back to me quickly. What I liked was that they seemed to actually read my message instead of just sending some generic copy-paste reply. The issue got sorted out without a bunch of back and forth, which was nice. compared to some other support experiences I’ve had... yeah, this was good. I’d definitely use them again

The tools are okay overall and I’ve been able to get some use out of them, but they do miss certain things that really should be caught. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but I do think there needs to be more accountability when important details get overlooked. It’s useful, just not something I can fully rely on yet.

"My gut said it wasn’t worth it"
I gave getsauce.com a try for shoppable videos, but it ended up being more annoying than helpful. The videos were slow to load, the product tags kept acting glitchy, and sometimes I’d click on something and nothing would happen. I had to refresh a few times, and even then it still felt kind of messy. I was hoping it would make shopping easier for customers, but my instinct told me quickly that it was just adding confusion. Not really worth the hassle for me.

Getsauce was easy to add to our site, which was a nice surprise because some embeds are an absolute pain in the ass. The options were flexible enough for what we needed, though I did have to mess with the layout a bit to get it looking right. Nothing too stupid or frustrating, just a little tweaking. Overall, it works well and does the job.

It works fine for collecting UGC, but getting it set up was a bit clunky and confusing. The company makes it sound seamless in their polished wording, but in practice I had to poke around more than I expected. Not bad overall, just not as effortless as it’s made out to be

"Reliable and no random issues so far"
I’ve been using getsauce.com for a few months now, and it’s been really steady, which is pretty much what I was hoping for.

Pages load fast, orders go through without random glitches, and I haven’t run into any weird downtime when I actually needed to use it — so no complaints there.

I did reach out to support once with a small question, and they got back to me without any hassle. Nothing flashy — it just works, and that’s enough for me.

I used to have a much smoother time with this , but the newer updates feel kind of all over the place . A few buttons got moved , and some features I used all the time are now harder to find . Support was fine , nothing terrible , but lately it feels more frustrating than helpful .

"Clear analytics, but the reports take a bit"
The analytics are easy to understand and laid out clearly, which I really appreciate. The only thing is the reports can be kind of slow to load sometimes. I remember waiting for one to open while I was weirdly staring at a single paperclip on my desk, so yeah, it was noticeable. Overall useful, just wish it was a little quicker
